Q. Do your gift boxes fit through all letterboxes?
A. Our gift boxes fit through most standard sized letterboxes. Our box dimensions are 230 x 160 x 26mm.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the World. Shipping charges will depend on location and the weight of the gift box and will be calculated at the checkout.
Q. I want to leave a note for the greeting card, where can I do this?
A. You can leave a personalised message in the box provided when viewing your cart, before you reach the checkout page.
Q. I have forgotten to add a note for the greeting card, can you add one for me?
A. Of course, please respond to the email we send you to confirm your order and we will add this for you.
Q. I have selected a preferred date for delivery, can you guarantee delivery on this date?
A. We use An Post for all deliveries and post in Ireland is taking 1-2 days to arrive on average. When you select a date, we will send your gift box 2 days prior, however, due to the speed of postal services, cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date but we will do our best. International deliveries will take longer.
Q. I want to order more than one gift box for the same person but I am being charged shipping on each gift box?
A. All of our gift boxes are individual items and are shipped individually. If you add more than one to the cart, you will be charged shipping on each item and delivery times may vary between boxes.
Q. I want to send gift boxes to different people, do I need to complete separate orders?
A. Yes, in order to send to different addresses and to allow you to add a different note for the greeting card, you will need to create multiple orders.
Q. Is it possible to mix and match items from different gift boxes to make my own?
A. At present, this is not possible. We have carefully created all of our gift boxes so that the items fit inside our limited box size, therefore, if you were to mix and match items, they may not fit in one box together.
Q. I am a supplier who is interested in having my products featured in your gift boxes. Who can I contact about this?

Q. I have entered the wrong shipping address. How do I fix this?
A. Please get in touch with us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email. We dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day unless an alternative delivery date is selected and cannot make any changes after your order is dispatched. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered items caused by an error in the shipping address provided.
